Ventura County: San Nicolas Island: SE end of mesa, ca. 0.1 mile W of Buildings #121 and #137. Locally common, in scattered populations; clay flats. Elevation: 570 feet. Associated species: Lasthenia californica, Hemizonia Clementina, Isocoma menziesii, Atriplex semibaccata, Sonchus oleraceus, Spergularia macrotheca, Avena barbata, Bromus mollis, B. rubens, Lamarckia aurea.
