With Poa, Asclepias svriaca, grassy roadside
along Hwy. 14. Flowers purple; fruit green,
then brown. Common here, but usually with
mature fruit and the plants dried by late June,
this summer unusually humid and cool and the
plants still vigorous and abundantly blooming.
