alt. 60 m. [GPS], 84 m (Google Earth).
Unshaded, flat, rich delta farmland all cleared for large
fields of com,* rice and cotton. Along drainage ditch with
some shrubs and roadside.
Herbs, a few plants over grassy roadside. Inflorescence light
violet. Along Hwy. 60 from here to the Arkansas border this
species is sporadic, but where found forms discrete, massive
populations.
