in opening in live oak - mesquite - pricklypear woodland on
gentle slopes underlain by Marble Falls Limestone, on soils
mapped as shallow well drained neutral stony loam (Hensley
association, Lithic Rhodustalfs), N side of Alligator Creek
ca. 0.2-0.3 airmiles E of Co. Rd. 410 bridge, ca. 3.5 airmiles
N to NNE of jet. St. Rt. 71 and St. Rt. 191 at Spicewood, at
N30°30.637’, W098°08.522\ Spicewood Ranch.
