Smith, 1985 Vicinity of Camp VI, on a ridge on Venezuelan-Brazilian border, 3.5 km W of Pico Zuloaga, elev. 2000 m, 0°53 N, 65°56'W. Ridge top Bonnetia forest with understory dominated by large tank bromeliad and coarse bambusoid grass. Terrestrial with arching fronds; rachis and petiole dark purplish-brown; pinnae shining green above, paler beneath. W. W. Thomas 3073 13-15 April 1984 & T.
