Chromic Hapludalfs), along NW-SE internal ranch road ca.
1.3 airmiles SSW of F. M. 806 overpass of 1-10 on SW side
of Columbus, at N29°40.454’, W096°34.005\ Columbus
Quadrangle. Elev. 225 ft.
Associates included Acacia smallii, Celtis laevigata, Cissus incisa, Ilex
vomitoria, Maclura pomífera, Melia azedarach, Pleopeltis polypodioides,
Poncirus trifoliata, Quercus cf. virginiana, Rosa bracteata, Rubus sp., Sida
rhombifolia, Solanum capsicastrum, Tillandsia recurvata, Ulmus
crassifolia, Verbesina virginica, Viburnum rufidulum.
