upstream from confluence with Sycamore Canyon.
Sunny terrace ca 1 -2m above stream in densely vegetated
sandy soil with Platanus wrightii, Celtis reticulata,
Forestiera pubescens, Baccharis salicifolia, Cynodon
dactylon, Xanthium strumarium, Chorispora tenella,
Medicago lupulina, Sisymbrium altissimum, Sisymbrium
irio, Draba cuneifolia, Anemopsis californica, Taraxacum
officinale, Cirsium, Bromus tectorum, Rumex crispus.
Locally occasional tree ca.lOm; infl. Dense on branches;
petals showy white
