Chusquea aff. serrulata Pilger
Tolima: Mun. Cajamarca, highway from La Linea to Ibague, 20.6 km W
of Cajamarca, 3050 m. 4°27'30" N, 75°33' W.
In secondary vegetation, fairly common, all vegetative. Forming discrete
clumps but several to many clumps in a stand. Culms more or less erect
but arching somewhat from the base and the branches often scandent,
to 3 cm in diameter, 6-7 m tall. Culm leaves extending for 2 internodes.
Branching extravaginal; many subsidiary branches per node, with small
leafless fibrillar branchlets intermixed. Treated with 70% EtOH,
