    Narrow dry drainage running S-N surrounded by rocky granitic slopes and ridges, ultimately flowing into Black Lake. In base of wash. Pinus monophylla woodland with dry scrub of Cercocarpus ledifolius, Artemisia tridentata, Purshia tridentata [see label for full list]. Occasional.

    Some basal clumps 4dm across. Flws white. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
