Springs Road. The Trust land skirts both Lee and Bastrop counties, with
indistinct county border.
Red clayey sand, with interleaving layers of clay and light and dark sands.
Patchy woodland areas dominated by Pinus taeda, Juniperus virginiana, Ilex
vomitoria & Quercus stellata. Associates include Asclepias linearis, Sida
rhombifolia, Croton glandulosus var. septentrionalis, Acalypha monococca,
Froelichia gracilis, Lycopus rubellus, Eragrostis spp..
