Description
Tree 70-75 ft., spread 30 ft., trunk diameter 34 inches at 4 ft. Cypress Mountain is so named because of the beautiful stands of the Cupressus sargentii on the northeast slopes. These are probably the finest specimens of Sragent Cypress found in the state. They are largely confined to canyons on the northeast slopes. The groves are mainly in Section 12. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
