corolla white to pale pink with darker maculae; frequent in
sandyland herbaceous vegetation in large, well-defined
openings in post oak - eastern redcedar - yaupon woodlands
on gently rolling topography underlain by Carrizo Sand, on
soils mapped as deep, moderately well drained, neutral fine
sand (Patilo Series, Grossarenic Paleustalfs), 50-750 ft. W of
entrance road on Hogan Ranch from points ca. 0.1 mi N of
gate, ca. 4.2 airmiles SW of jet. of St. Rt. 304 and St. Rt.
713 at Delhi, at N29°47’46.7”, W097°27’16.2”. Elev. 550-
560 ft.
