sign on blacktop to first parking lot, then S of
blacktop 100-150 m into large swamp. Soil rich,
alluvial brown muck; water 1-5 dm deep. With
Cephalanthus occidentalis. Petals 3, white;
flowers imperfect, with staminate and pistillate
flowers in the same inflorescence.
