Hill of red sandstone boulders with flat plateau on top, overlooking agricultural fields and parkland. Sphenostylis schweinfurthii, Chamacrista obtusifolia, Combretum, Maranthes. Heavily grazed. Growing covered by other shrubs, otherwise badly nibbled by cattle, c. 11°03'N, 5°07'W Herb c. 60 cm. Flowers with pale lilac corolla, anthers yellow, fruits pale green, with green stripes. Vernacular name: Sourgou kayo (Dioula). Associated materials: leaf for DNA. _ 02532396
