United States of America. California. Mono Co. Glass Mountain Region: Black Canyon; streamside on Wet Fork drainage to Adobe Valley. Appx. 400m south of 4WD road crossing of stream. (Glass Mountain quad).

Habitat
Moist shady streamside in Poulus tremuloides woodland. Uplands of dry Artemisia tridentata/ Purshia tridentata scrub on granitic soil with granite outcrops. With Rosa woodsii, Pinus monophylla, Cercocarpus ledifolius, Ribes cereum, Salix lutea, Mimulus primuloides, Sphenosciadium, Achillea millefolium, Stellaria, Taraxicum, Dodecatheon. Common, scattered throughout area.
