WGS84/NAD83. Elevation 420 feet. Alluvial silt/sand.
Floodplain (bottomland) forest with some openings, also
including old river oxbow, now ponds / sloughs. Forest
dominated by Acer saccharinum, Chasmanthium
latifolium. Locally frequent grass in large colonies in
elevated sandy-gravelly area near bridge, spikes
glaucous.
