leguminous plant advised in your letter of the 31st
October last has been determined as Aeschynomene hystria
Poir. mr. incana (Vog.) Benth., and is being returned to
you under separate cover.
Please accept my best thanks for the specimen of
Sabal Peering!ana and fbi* three other specimens collected
in Florida presented to Kew in continuation of exchange.
I regret to say that we have no palm seeds
avsL lable at. present. I would suggest that you might apply
to the Botanic Gardens, Trinidad, the Department of Agriculture,
Mauritius, or to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Peradeniya,
Ceyioa.
