Halved this distance to approximate the midpoint of BR-319. Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates at the midpoint. Input coordinates, linear extent (the distance from the chosen midpoint along the road to the farthest point on the road that is within the administrative boundaries specified - 381826 m.), and measurement error (1 m.) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the uncertainty radius.
