Habitat: Riparian, cottonwood forest, Baccharis zone.
Associated spp: Baccharis salicifolia, B. emoryi, Juglans
major, Salix gooddingii, Populus fremontii.
Notes: Shrub 2.5 m, rare in SPRNCA
