Bayou bank ca. 10 m. from and 2 m. above vater.
Dark brown clay with very abundant shells. This
sp.-Celtis laev.-Ulmu8 crass, complex.
Tree, 6 m. Bas. diam., 20 cm. Crown diam., 6 m.
Densely branched at ultimate branches, forming flat-
topped, almost pruned-look. Bark light brown, very
smooth on trunk. Trunk gnarled-knobby. Fruits
