Shrub up to 2 m long dangling from road bank. Flowers 4-merous.
Calyx lobes deciduous. Petals white but reddish basally. Filaments
dark pink. Style light pink. Large anthers red. Small anthers red
basally and yellow distally. All appendages yellow. Locally
common.
