Shrub 1.5 m tall. Flowers 4-merous. Petals spreading, white with
pink-red candy stripe marking running along median of petals
abaxially. Filaments and style white. Large anthers reddish. Small
anthers and appendages yellow. Common. Growing with M.
polyneuron.
