United States of America. Utah. Cache Co. 8.5 miles west of bear Lake Summit of Wasatch Mountains on Hwy 89 in Logan Canyon.

Habitat
In sagebrush meadow and along margins and in aspen groves. Associated with Lithophragma glabra, Galium, Delphinium, Thlaspi, Collinsia, Descurainia, and Symphoricarpus. Common, particularly in more mesic and shady sites.

Description
Petals white, trilobed. Plants just starting to flower. many vegetative rosettes. Leaves often very deeply dissected with occasional plants showing the more typical Lithophragma affinis leaf-form. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
