    Delicate, viny plants, hanging from trees and forming veils at the forest margin. Culms trailing for several meters, to at least 6 m long, rebranching freely. Branching infravaginal. Whole population in flower, well past anthesis. One foliage leaf with a well developed blade remains on the subsidiary branch, and subtends the inflorescence and curls around it, forming a cap. Growing with 616 and 615. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
