Description
Pileus 1.5-4 cm broad, convex to plano-convex with a low umbo, glutinous, dark brown on disc with dark brown fibrils radiating toward margin on a paler brown ground color. Flesh white, up to 3 mm thick, white, unchanging, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae adnate to arcuate, close to subdistant, white, unchanging, thick and broad, with even edges. Stipe 6-10 cm long, 4-9 mm broad, equal, white streaked with gray gluten, white and finely squamulose above glutinous annular zone, with fibrous white interior. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
