Among granite boulders on N-facing slope with Picea & Pinus.
Plants suffrutescent with decumbent stems; leaves opposite, boat-
shaped, with minutely glandular-ciliate margins; corolla white, +
2/3 fused; anthers inverted, opening by pores, with 2 elongate ~
awns; ovary superior, the fruit a many-seeded capsule.
