Description
4-5 m tall treelet at forest edge. Inflorescence with 3-5 main branches, 10-15 flowers. Calyx magenta. Leaves 10-20 cm long, 4-7 cm wide, 5 nerved, nerves originating at leaf base. Leaf underside with stellate light brown indumentum, non-persistent. Petioles 2-5 cm long. Leaf base with pronounced auricles. No scutellum on nodes.
