Aguabuena, 3.5 km W of Rincón. Four-hectare permanent sample plot 1 km N
of BOSCOSA station in well-drained undulating terrain with slopes of 15 - 35°.
Tall primary forest with many palms and large lianas. Characteristic species:
Symphonia, Carapa, Brosimum utile, Qualea, Otoba, Iriartea and Vantanea.

DBH 41.8 cm. Fallen fruits first observed in January, but mainly falling in
early April. Local name “aguacate”, “aguacate de indio” and “aguacate de
montaña”.
