Flora of Bolivia Family: Scrophulariaceae Veronica anagallis-aquatica L. Determined by: N. Ritter (NHA), 1999 Department of Tarija Province of Cercado City of Tarija Marshy area along the edges of the Rio Guadalquivir. Elevation: ca. 1800 meters. Approximate location: 21°31'58"S 64°44'35"W Emergent herb. Abundant. Growing in small pools along the edge of the river. Corolla purple with white markings. Habitat: marshy area alongside the river, characterized by a mixture of vegetation. Soil silty clay. Some areas are dominated by Myriophyllum aquaticum and others by Eichhornia crassipes.
