Flora of Bolivia Family: Scrophulariaceae Alectra fluminensis (Veil.) Steam Determined by: N. Ritter (NHA), 1998 Department of Santa Cruz Province of Angel Sandoval "Bahia Preseverancia": a cove at the southern end of Laguna La Gaiba. Along the Bolivian-Brazilian border. Elevation approximately 90 m. Center of the collecting area ca. 17°49'27"S. 57°42'31"W. Emergent herb. Locally abundant, but only observed in this one area. Corolla yellow. Fruits present. Habitat: a highly sedimented section of floating mat. Dominated by Oxycaryum cubense. 7/14/98 #4521 Collected by: N. Ritter, G. E. Crow , M. Garvizu and C. Crow.
