Roadside and edge of disturbed woods, with Cornus
alternifolia, Elaeagnus umbellata.
Shrub 3 m. tall, with single stem 5 c'm. in diameter, the
branches whorled, ± horizontal. Inflorescences erect;
flowers white, with very faint musty odor (11:15A.M.,
sunny).
