Broad ridgetop with rich soil, not the native habitat of
Fraxinus pennsylvanica (Nee 55905—55907, 55909—55910)', all
of this species here are cultivated except for the saplings
collected under no. 55910; both var. pennsylvanica and var.
subintegerrima are here.
Tree 11 m. tall, 30 cm. in diameter. Fruit abundant, yellow-
green, hanging.
