Common Name	Yellow Wood
Description	Tree with fragrant white staminate male flowers.
Location/Habitat Greenwood Development, along one of the sandy roads southwest of the
resort. Low dry evergreen forest / Whiteland.
Latitude	24°10’79”N	Longitude 75°18’53”W
Uses/Comments Two consultants reported they used this plant with others, to make a
decoction given to postpartum mother's to aid in removal of the placenta,
"bruises and clots" after child birth. Not previously listed as occurring on
Cat Is. (Correll & Correll, 1982).
