Pasturelands 2-3 km. north of Las Nubes along Hwy. 216 towards Cascajal. Alt. approx. 1760-1800 meters. 02493734 Epiphyte, stem to 8 mm. at base. Bracts pinkish-green. Pedicels pink. Calyx tube green, suffused with red, turning green after anthesis. Calyx limb and lobes green, Lobes callose thickened, tips reddish. Corolla tube constricted at base, whitish there, remainder of tube reddish-purple. Corolla limb and lobes pale red, lobes flaring. Filaments pink, anthers and tubules rusty orange.
