Small tree with tri parted leaves that are aromatic. Specimens with
immature fruits.
Location/Habitat Greenwood Development, along an overgrown road that runs north of the
long unpaved road to Greenwood Beach Resort. Area dominated by Log
Wood (Haeffiatoxylum campechianum). Disturbed cultivated garden.

Limbs are boiled in water and taken for fever, flu and colds. One reported
using the decoction to calm your nerves. Limbs once used as a torch when
"crabing."
