Description
Tree, 35 m x 40 cm. Bark brown, distinctly fissured, the outer bark nearly as thick as the inner bark, the inner bark exuding a slow flowing latex as droplets, these first yellow, later oxidizing to mustard. Midvein decurved, 2° veins translucent when held up to the light. Old flowers from ground matched with old flowers in tree. [Photo, DNA for M. Gustafsson]. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
