Tree with yellow flowers.
Greenwood Development, found at the juncture of the unpaved road that
leads to Greenwood Beach Resort, and a trail/overgorwn road that is off
the road and runs south. Disturbed roadside low dry evergreen forest/
coppice.

Berries edible and are eaten to give one "blood" if have "low blood." Also
eaten for anemia and iron. Branches or roots often included in bush tea
remedies. For intestinal worms, a branch is burned and the ashes are
added to water and drunk.
