Eroded tertiary planation surface overlying
precambrian shield; mosaic of semi-
deciduous forest, wooded savanna and
savanna wetland.
Rhizomatous (or stoloniferous)? aquatic
with emergent, succulent leaves; perianth
purplish with yelllow spot. Occasional in
deeper channels of seasonally inundated
savanna and stream.
