Elevation about 189 meters.
Park-like floodplain forest, understory mostly mowed,
with Acer saccharum, Bromus inermis, Celtis
occidentalis, Fraxinus quadrangulata, Poa pratensis,
Quercus macrocarpa, Trifolium pratense, Ulmus
americana, Ulmus rubra, Verbesina altemifolia.
Leaves pale, almost glaucous beneath. Occasional
small tree about 8 m tall, [different tree than Hill
36511].
