3 m. tall; gracefully arching umbrella-shaped crown with drooping branches nearly to ground, grafted at 1.5 m. above ground onto a straight, erect stem 18 cm. in diameter of another taxon. All specimens from the many (ca. 75) twigs chewed off in the last couple days by squirrels, evidently to lick the sap. Coll.: M.
