Savannah River; hardwood canopy. Site #10 (Lat.
34°03*45"; Long. 82°38*30"), about 0.5 south
of the Ga. 72 bridge over the Savannah River.
Below the 475-ft. contour (full pool for proposed
Russell Lake; impoundment of the Savannah River
scheduled for the mid-1980's).
