Biological Reserve. Elev. 960-1,140 ft.
Oak-hickory forest and floodplain forest along Coal Creek; Kennebec
soils on floodplain; Sibleyville complex on lower slopes; Basehor
complex on upper slopes.
Several colonies in deep, S-trending ravine N of Coal Creek ca 20
meters W of the W boundary of the reserve. Corolla creamy-yellow
with a reddish, gibbous base.
