Deciduous forest on steep slope, over limestone, Fraxinus
americana, Acer saccharum, Quercus rubra, Tilia
americana, Prunus serotina, Ostrya virginiana, Carya
ovata.
Shrub 2.5 m. tall. Corolla pink. Leaves pubescent beneath;
corolla with a few hairs on outside.
