Calamus palustris Griff.	“song mat”
Stems clustered, 5 m tall, 2.5 cm diameter with sheaths. Petioles 10 cm long; pinnae 16
per side of rachis, arranged in remote clusters of 2-3 pinnae. Infructescences with straight
rachillae.
