Tropical lower montane rain forest. Regenerating forest with
some disturbance along trail and near peak. Clay/loam.
Treelet, 3m x 6cm dbh. Gynoecium green; calyx green;
corolla white, erect; stamens erect, filaments purple, anthers
ochre. Immature fruit green. Common.
