Description
Trees to 4 m., fairly common. Lvs. leathery-coriaceous; bright green, nitid above; paler and dull below, Inflorescences drooping. Hypanthium bright green. Petals externally bright pink, internally white, Filaments white, anthers yellow, appendages nigrescent - maroon. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
