Description
Tree 6 m high: base 18 cm, Bark light brown, foliage think; a little stiffened, dark green moderately shining above. Inflorescence; flowers open pendulate. Lobes slightly uneven. Light scarlet as is also the petals, stamens 10; Filiments blackish; Anthers large. Cambium layer pale green. Fl. expanes; 23 -25 mm. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
