Wet sclerophyll. Eucalyptus sp., Syncarpia, Lophostemon. Subcespitose. In sand.

Description
Deep bittersweet orange, dry cap. Some bittersweet orange on stipe. Tubes adnate, radially oriented and multiple (favoloid), pale (4A3) bruising a light brown. NB: This is typical material found in sand in Cooloola and Fraser Is. Spores are hyaline in KOH, and fusoid-ellipsoid with a bit of 'bean-shape' in profile. Hymenial cystidia present as pseudocystidia.
