NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDEN 13°20’25" S, 71°41'18" W Alt: 3376m. Woody shrublet on road bank to 80 cm tall; flowers purple, petals spreading, eye dark greenish yellow; fruit green immature, dropping with pedicel; stems brittle.
