sized quebrada at edge of town coming from VilcashuamSn, Dist.
Vischongo; highly disturbed streamside vegetation with Alnus,
bromeliads and cacti on rocky walls.
13°33'52" S, 73°59'32" W Alt: 3212m.
Shrub to small treelet 1-4 m; flowers white, waxy, nodding;
pubescence of new growth and leaves buffy beige; leaves strongly
bullate.
